Give points a destination worth chasing.
A point earned with nothing to redeem is an empty promise. With the rewards catalog, your guests trade their points for free nights, spa, upgrades and experiences that you choose yourself. A balance means something once it becomes something you can feel.
The reward is what makes the point worth it
Earning points only works when there is something real waiting on the other side. The rewards catalog is that concrete payoff: the reason your guest wants to book with you again instead of the hotel next door.
You decide what can be redeemed and for how many points. A free night, a massage, a room upgrade, breakfast, a late checkout, a bottle of wine, parking or a local experience. The catalog is yours and it reflects what your hotel can offer without straining your operation.
If you would rather not offer rewards yet, that is fine. The redemption section hides itself until you decide to turn it on. Here the hotel is always in charge.
A catalog that feels like yours
Every reward shows up with your hotel brand, inside the guest portal.
You build the showcase
Publish the rewards that make sense for your operation and set the point price you decide.
- Free night, spa, upgrade, breakfast or late checkout
- Experiences, a bottle of wine or parking
- Turn rewards on and off whenever you want
A code presented at the front desk
When the guest redeems, a unique code is generated to bring to your front desk to claim the reward.
- A clear code such as PTS-XXXX
- Presented and validated in person
- No extra apps and no friction for your team
Points are never spent twice
Redemption lives alongside paying with points on one balance, and each flow validates before it deducts.
- One balance to pay or to redeem
- Validation before every deduction
- No double spending and no phantom balances
From point to reward in three steps
Here is what a redemption looks like, for the guest and for you.
The guest picks a reward
From the portal, carrying your hotel brand, the guest sees the catalog you published and selects what to redeem with points.
The redemption code is generated
On confirmation, the system deducts the points and delivers a unique code such as PTS-XXXX for the guest to keep.
Your front desk hands it over
The guest presents the code at the front desk, your team validates it and delivers the reward. Everything is recorded.
If a guest cancels a redemption, the points return to the balance on their own. Nobody loses points over a change of plans and you do not have to adjust anything by hand.
Your own catalog against a generic list
The difference between rewards that represent your hotel and a template that says nothing.
| With Points Hotel | Generic catalog | |
|---|---|---|
| Who defines the rewards | You, based on your operation | A fixed list you cannot change |
| Brand on the redemption section | Your hotel brand | The provider brand |
| How the reward is delivered | Code at the front desk, in person | Shipping or a process outside your control |
| If you set up no rewards | The section hides itself | The list shows anyway, out of your hands |
| Points on cancellation | They return automatically | Manual handling or they are lost |
Frequently asked questions
What if I do not want to offer rewards yet?
The redemption section stays fully hidden until you publish at least one reward. You can start with paying by points alone and add the catalog when you are ready.
Can a guest pay and redeem with the same points?
No. The balance is single and each flow validates before it deducts, so points already used to pay cannot be redeemed again. There is never double spending.
How do I deliver the reward?
The guest arrives at the front desk with a redemption code such as PTS-XXXX, your team validates it and hands over what applies. The whole process happens inside your own hotel.
